WeddingsQ. What are the initial arrangements?
It is a good idea to invite the photographer to the Wedding Rehearsal so that they can get an idea of where and when events will be happening. For example, a talk with the vicar at the church maybe necessary to understand rules and regulations of the church with regard to photography etc. ^ TOP Q. How long does the photographer stay for?
A normal working day is from 11am to 6pm (7hrs). However, depending on weather and special arrangements this may vary either way.
Q. How will I receive my photos?
Photographs are delivered on CD or DVD formatted as JPEG or TIFF files. In addition the client has the option to purchase prints in various sizes. ^ TOP Q. How long does the photographer keep the original photos?
All photographs from your wedding will be kept for 24 months offline and available 6 months online (depending on online storage capacity allowances) from your JRP account. ^ TOP Q. How do we arrange our wedding video?
It is important to invite the videographer to the wedding rehearsals or planning meetings where the wedding events are to be filmed. Particularly with video, the videographer will need to liaise with the wedding organiser/bride & groom on getting the best possible camera angles and understand the restrictions in place (if any).
Filming before the Wedding day and before the arrival at the wedding venue – It is common for a wedding video to contain some build up to the event. It is suggested that the videographer be allowed to film certain events leading up to the big day. For example, the bride putting the finishing touches to her wedding dress/make up; Interaction amongst family members etc.
The more the videographer has access to, the more the wedding video will potentially contain!
